Commune of Buttons Cabernet Franc 2025 block-88 citrus peel and spicesFrom young vines in the Gloria Block, this Cabernet Franc was fermented on skins before ageing on full lees in tank. The result is purity and lift rather than weight. Dark fruited and finely structured, shaped by thick skins from the season, yet lifted by excellent natural acidity thanks to Jasper always picking on acid. A continued focus at the Buttons commune is infusion over extraction, and this has delivered depth without heaviness; theres
